Terms of Use
Welcome to petelka.co.il (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Verhlin Svetlana — Studio Petel Handmade, exempt dealer (Osek Patur) no. 321912461, Rehovot (the “Business”).
Use of the Site and placing orders are subject to these terms. By using the Site you agree to them.
Products
The Site offers handmade knitted items — toys, accessories and home pieces. Each item is crocheted by hand, usually made to order in the colour chosen by the customer. As these are handmade, slight differences in shade, size and appearance between the photo and the final item are possible — this is part of the charm of a handmade product, not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and are final. The Business is registered as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur), so no VAT is added to the price. The binding price is the one shown at the time of ordering.
Orders and production time
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation. The production time of each item is individual, depends on the type and volume of work, and is stated on the product page. Delivery time is added to the production time.
Shipping
- Courier to the customer’s home — ₪50
- Israel Post — ₪22
- Courier service to pickup points (lockers) — ₪35
Self-collection may be arranged in advance. Carriers’ delivery times are not the Business’s responsibility.
Cancellation and returns
Cancellation is handled under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations (see the Cancellation & Returns Policy). Please note: items made specially for the customer (made-to-order / custom crochet) are exempt from the right of cancellation by law.
Intellectual property
All Site content — images, texts, designs and logo — belongs to the Business and may not be used without written permission.
Liability and safety
Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 unless stated otherwise; adult supervision is required during play. The Business is not liable for any indirect damage beyond the value of the product.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District.
