Cancellation & Returns Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Use of petelka.co.il and is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.

Right of cancellation

A purchase of a ready (in-stock) item may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving it, by notifying the Business. The item must be returned complete and unused.

Custom / made-to-order items

Most of the studio’s items are crocheted specially for the customer, in the chosen model and colour. Goods made specially for the consumer are exempt from the right of cancellation under section 14C(d) of the Law, so such an order cannot be cancelled once work has begun, except in the case of a defect.

How to cancel

To cancel, email petelkacoil@gmail.com or call 054-7039820, stating your name and order number.

Cancellation fee and refund

For a cancellation not due to a defect, the Business may charge a fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. The refund is made to the original payment method. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Defective or incorrect item

Received a defective item or one that doesn’t match your order? Contact us within 14 days and we will arrange repair, replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
